Client incentives are primarily based on the number of gas and / or electric residential utility meters at the client address.

A multi-family home w/ 1 residential natural gas meter is eligible for only 1 NHSaves gas incentive, regardless of how many apt. / condo units are served by that gas meter.

A multi-family home w/ 1 or several residential electric meters is eligible for the same number of electric incentives, regardless of how many apt. / condo units are served by those electric meters.

Cost effective measures must be identified, modeled for savings, proposed in the contract in order to consider those measures for any utility incentive.
