Go to the HPwES web processing page for directions for “Navigating the HHI tool”.
If your HHI meets or exceeds the current HHI level at the time of your enrollment, the website will prompt you for more information. The HHI level does vary depending on utility, program budgets, ratepayer demand and interest, general energy costs.
HHI eligibility entitles the applicant to a low cost energy audit only. HHI eligibility is not a commitment for utilty funding of contractor proposed measures.
An audit / installation contractor will be assigned to the client (or the client can pick off the contractor list). A cost effective workscope needs to be presented to the utility by the contractor for approval of funding of the proposed measures.
Horizon will compare it to the municipal tax map of your property for accuracy.
